A.<\/strong> \u00a0As a part of our prompt customer service policy, we make every effort to ensure that the student receives the study material within 30 working days from the date of commencement of program.<\/p>\n

Q. \u00a0What is the re-examination fees and procedure?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A.<\/strong> \u00a0Examination fees are included in our course fees that the student pays at the time of admission. In the event of the student not able to pass the external examination in the first attempt or unable to appear for the examination after booking the examination slot, he\/she shall need to pay Rs.500\/- for every subject he\/she wishes to appear. Three attempts are available for each subject in case of internal examinations. If the student fails to score minimum passing marks in the internal assessment, he\/she shall need to re-register for the assessment by paying Rs 1000\/- for each subject wherein he shall get three more attempts to pass the internal assessment.<\/p>\n

A.<\/strong> \u00a0At ISME, we do not have set dates for enrollment on to our programs. Students can enroll in our programs at any time during the year.<\/p>\n
